At Sofacetic UK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund Policy below for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging (where possible)
  • Not a made-to-order or custom item (see Section 5)

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including arranging collection where applicable.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

4. Return Delivery Charges

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover all return delivery costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, return delivery charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

5. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Please note that furniture ordered in custom fabrics, colours, or configurations is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order or custom-configured furniture
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched or is in production (for made-to-order items), cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee.

9. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
